Keto Big Mac Salad

No more needing to miss out on a Big Mac, this salad contains all the fun flavors and textures of a Big Mac!
Ingredients
- 1 lb Lean Ground Beef
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
- 4-6 cups Shredded Lettuce
- Thousand Island Dressing (Walden Farms preferred)
- 1/2 cup Diced Onions (The smaller the better!)
- Hamburger pickles
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese (We used Colby & Monterey Jack mix)
Directions
1. Bring a pan to Medium heat. Add the ground beef and Garlic. Break up the meat into small chunks while cooking. Cook until browned through then add salt and pepper to taste.
2. In a large serving bowl, add lettuce, onion, pickles and cheese. Toss veggies and cheese together.
3. Add cooked meat and Thousand Island Dressing
