Keto Garlic Parmesan Meatloaf & Broccoli

Garlic Parmesan Meatloaf with Broccoli - super easy to make, and delish (even the little kids loved it!)
Ingredients
2.5 lb Lean Ground Beef
Salt & Pepper to taste
1/2 cup Snack House Garlic Parmesan Puffs
2 large eggs
3 tablespoons Badia Complete Seasoning
2 heads of fresh broccoli
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup water
1. Mix meatloaf ingredients until well combined. Snackhouse puffs, we put into sandwich bag and crumble / smash into bread crumb constancy. Mold into loaf and bake at 350 degrees, 30-45 minutes.
2. Cut broccoli florets, add florets, butter and water to pan on medium heat. Cook until tender.
