What better way to start your day than with a delicious Keto French Toast Sandwich? A delicious mix of sweet and savory to satisfy your breakfast cravings!
Ingredients
- Keto Bread Loaf
- Bacon or Sausage patties
- 4 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Keto Maple Syrup
- 1/4 Cup Almond Milk
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- American Cheese
- 1 tbsp of Gold Monk Fruit & Erythritol Blend
- Butter (for pan)
Directions for Mayo Topping
1. Mix together Mayonnaise and Keto Maple Syrup until fully combined
Directions for French Toast
1. Slice Bread Loaf into 3/4 inch slices.
2. Combine 2 Eggs, Cinnamon, Gold Monk Fruit
Erythritol Blend, and Almond Milk in a bowl.
3. Soak bread slices in egg mixture for 1 min per side.
4. Cook French toast in a buttered pan on medium heat.
While the French toast is cooking prepare your eggs, bacon/sausage and cheese.
5. Cook eggs and add cheese 1 min before eggs are fully cooked.
6. Spread mayonnaise mixture on both slices of bread and stack your bacon / sausage on your egg & cheese.
